About Me
To my clients, I am a LISTENING partner; listening to their requirements and working through to help get the best home for them, whether selling, buying or renting.  I have helped various clusters of clients who did not know if they should buy a property now or later; if they should rent a HDB or a private house; if they are divorced how they could sell their property; if a single (unmarried) person could buy a HDB; if an undischarged bankrupt person could buy a property, etc.  The satisfaction in helping my clients is unmeasurable and it is this that is driving me and my team to achieving much more.

I usually ask for only 5% deposit in trust from my clients, and earn the balance 95% payment of a full trust. 

To my working and industry peers, I am a Senior Group Director/ Recruiter/ and Trainer.  We run a close-knitted group to give our best of best to serve our clients.  As a Group Recruiter and Trainer, my responsibilites do not just entail recruiting but growing each individual real estate professional to his/ her fullest.  The constant and consistent counselling, supporting and expanding our group members are key to team success.  Success is never a success without the 5 WORKS --- HardWORK, SmartWORK, MediaWORK, TeamWORK, and NetWORK.  It is therefore all these attributes that eventually leads to FireWORK - a time to celebrate real SUCCESS. 
My group and I share our success with our clients, partner bankers and solicitors, and cobroke agents, and wish to thank them for it.  We look forward to the continued support as we ride our way into 2010 and beyond!
